So true...I find that purging unused or unneccesary things from my home and my life allows me space for those things that bring me more joy!

As someone who works in the catering industry, it is my career to be kind and helpful to others. That is not always easy to do. Sometimes it might be the client and sometimes it may be the boss but this is a good reminder to look within and find a sweet spirit because our words and actions are a reflection of our Heavenly Father. Thanks Evelyn!

As a consumer, I think it is so important to be approached by someone that is cheerful and has a positive attitude. It, in turn, encourages me to have the same perspective with the person I am interacting with.

He certainly is an amazing dad. I remember when I was a sophomore in high school and cheering for the fall ball team. He was at every single game. He drove all the way to Glenvar High School which is about an hour and a half away because, as a forgetful teenager, I forgot to tell him that the cheerleaders didn't travel that far for the game. That hurts me to this day that he drove all that way because I failed to tell him I wouldn't be there. But, as you have said, that is the kind of dad he is. He wouldn't miss an opportunity to be involved in our lives. I love him so much! Thanks for recognizing him, Mama E! You and Dad are the absolute best! :)

Amen! Woody is an awesome example! I too have been blessed to know a great dad. One of the best compliments I receive is when they tell me I remind them of him. =)

Sometimes we need an eye-opener. This blog reminded me that life isn't all about bills and jobs and schedules. It's hard to go somewhere different when you take the same path everyday...Hey, that was pretty good! So today. I am going to try a different path. I'm going to relax a little and try to have more faith in my very BIG God who I know is protecting me and my family and has great things in store for us all!
